Leadership positons will be up for vote by the current held officers.  The guild leader can remove any person, any time, for any reason from the guild with the exception of officer positions.  This removal will be subject to a vote.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Grand Master - Second in Command  </B>Position Held by Tigereco</div> <div> <B>Grand Mistress - Second in Command  </B>(1 positon open)</div> <div> The primary responsibility of the Grand Master/Mistress is to assist the Guild Leader.  The Grand Master, and Mistress will assume the responsibilities of the guild leader in his, or her absence.  The Grand Master, and Mistress will be responsible for ensuring that each officer below his, or her station is doing their job, and is setting an example for all guild members to follow.  The Grand Master, or Mistress can also delegate responsibilities within the guild, such as appointing tasks to any officer below his, or her station and following up to make sure they were completed.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Chief Advisor -  Leadership Officer  </B>Position Held by Timblin </div> <div> <B>Mistress Advisor - Leadership Officer  </B>Position held by Sanaka</div> <div> The primary responsibility of the Chief/Mistress Advisor is to assist the Grand Master/Mistress.  The  advisors will be responsible for ensuring that the Chief Guard, and the Mistress Sentinel is going his, or her job and is setting an example for all guild members to follow.  The advisors will have access to the guild bank and be responsible for obtaining necessary armor, weapons or any other necessity for guild leadership and members.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Chief Guard - Leadership Officer  </B>(1 position open)</div> <div> <B>Mistress Sentinel - Leadership Officer  </B>(1 position open)</div> <div> The primary responsibility of the Chief Guard, and Mistress Sentinel is to assist the Chief, and Mistress Advisor.  The Chief Guard, and Mistress Sentinel will be responsible for ensuring that the Senior Guard, and Lady Sentinel are doing his, or her job.  The Chief Guard, and Mistress Sentinel will ensure that the necessary steps for maintining, and achieving guild funding is being taken.  </div> <bR> <div> <B>Senior Guard- Leadership Officer </B>(1 Position open)</div> <div> <B>Lady Sentinel - Leadership Officer  </B>(1 position open)</div> <div> The primary responsibility of the Senior Guard, and Lady Sentinel is to report to the Chief Guard, and Mistress Sentinel.  The Senior Guard, and Llady Sentinel will keep the guild informed of the progress of the Guards and Sentries, who are the Order's primary defenders.  The Senior Guard, and Lady Sentinel will be responsible for Order combat training.  He/she will make recommendations for the proper equiping, and defending of the Order.  The Senior Guard's, and Lady Sentinel's responsibility will be to keep the Order informed of all new spells and defense strategies.  He/she will be the liason for alliances, and the person who will generate raids or group attacks.  The Senior Guard, or Lady Sentinel will ensure that the Guards and Sentries are training to defend the order.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Guard  </B>(open enrollment)</div> <div> <B>Sentry  </B>(open enrollment)</div> <div> The Guards, and Sentries will report to the Senior Guard, and Lady Sentinel.  Their primary responsibility will be to defend the Order.  The Guards and Sentries will be expected to train their offense and defense skills to the maximum of abilities.  The Guards, and Sentries are next in line for Senior Guard, and Lady Sentinel promotions.  The Guards and Sentries will oversee the members below their station, and be a liason between the members and leadership.  The Guards, and Sentries will gather informtion about, and be responsible for keeping our new inducties armored and equiped.  They will also assist those below their station with training any necessary skills.  The Guards and Sentries will hunt, and help keep the Order funded.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Apprentice  </B>(open enrollment)</div> <div> <B>Temptress  </B>(open enrollment)</div> <div> The Apprentice, and Temptress will report to the Guards and Sentries.  They will be responsible for educating new enrollies of the Order's charter and assist them with any information about the Order or the world of Yliakum.  They will act as guides for our new members.  He, or she will assess the  needs of any new member and submit sanctions to the Guards and Sentries for their requirements.  The Apprentice, and Temptress will defend the order in combat, and will hunt to keep the Order funded.  The Apprentice and Temptress will act as an informer and infiltrator when needed.  The Apprentice, and Temptress are next in line for Guard/Sentry promotions.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Hunter  </B>(open enrollment)</div> <div> <B>Huntress  </B>(open enrollment)</div> <div> The Hunter/Huntress will report to the Apprentice/Temptress.  The hunters' main function is to fund the Order.  He/she will train in combat and develope his, and her skills in defense and offense.  The Hunter/Huntress will oversee that all initiates are Order worthy, and report directly to the Apprentice, or Temptress of any infractions he, or she notes.  The hunters will assist new initiates, and is next in line for Apprentice/Temptress promotion.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Initiate  </B>(open enrollment) </div> <div> The Initiate is the Order's entry position.  The Initiate will learn the charter and prove their ability to be a part of our family.  The Initiate will report to the Hunter, and Huntress.  He, or she will be required to hunt and fund the guild.</div> <bR> <bR> <div> <B>Note:  </B>All members are responsibile for all guild functions, reguardless of your title.  The more effort you show as a member of the Order, the faster you will advance.  All members should be recruiting, hunting to fund the Order, staying aware of possible alliances or enemies, and you must follow the charter at all times.  We want all members to function as a family, there are none in our order of greater importance than any other member.  </div> <div> The Responsibilities and Titles are subject to change without notice.  Also, please be aware that Suenan's in-game title assignment is not functioning.  The bug is being researched.</div> <bR> <bR> <div> <B><IMG SRC="111d8510.gif" border=0 width="216" height="81" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></B></div> </td> </tr></table></body>
