><I><B> </B></I></FONT></div> <bR> <div> It is the intent of the Black Rose to develop a unique approach to the syle of partnership between two guilds.  Our purpose is to provide an environment conducive to roleplay and companionship.  We are structured to offer a support system for our members to attain their personal goals, and as a result, strengthen the foundation of the Order.  We are a family.  We believe that all people have a right to live freely and to persue their goals without oppression.  We intend to protect the right of our members to thrive within the community without function as close to the "Old Ways" as possible.  In as such, the Knights will act as protectors, builders, blacksmiths, etc., and the Maidens will function as animal trainers, healers, and camp providers.  All fellowship members will be trained in the art of combat, as when necessary we will face the opposition as a team.  That does not mean that the members of the Maidens can't become efficient in building, nor the Knights in healing, we encourage full character developement.  </div> <div> <I><B><IMG SRC="116021a0.gif" border=0 width="514" height="26" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0"  </B></I></FONT><I><B> </B></I></div> <bR> <div> As a member of the Knights or Maidens you will be required to maintain "in character" status at all times, or as much as possible.  Shout statements that are "out of character" should be proceded by an OOC (out of character), and person to person interaction, unless in a tell, should remain IC (in character).  Guild chat channel will be optional.  Your obligation to maintain secrecy in reference to our strategies is essential, and any breach will result in immediate guild dismissal.  If you have been assigned a second in command position, or council seat, you will be required to attend weekly meetings.  The meetings will include representitives from both guilds, and a vote structure will be implemented.  Your position as second in command, or council will be forfeited if you miss a total of three consecutive meetings.  Guild members will be eligible for promotions as the positions become available.  All members are encouraged
